listen, i’m no designer. it’s the besti can do to make sure my socks match. so i put off creating my website for months.and months. but finally, i realized it really was what i needed. i sat down in front ofthe computer, created a new account on wix and then... well, then what. i didn’t know the best way to go about makinga website that would look good! i started by browsing through wix templates to get someideas, but i wanted to see what other businesses had done. that’s when i discovered the wix “exploreâ€page. boom! with one click, i was transported to a mecca of creative, beautiful websites,all designed by regular wix users.
let’s have a look together. each day, wixselects an outstanding website and features it here as the “wix of the day.†this gallery is full of past sites that were selected. the best feature on wix explore is that youcan easily find out which template was used to create each site. if you see somethingyou really like - a feature, a widget, an app, a great transition or animation - youcan probably use it on your website as well! plus, the drop down menu on the bottom ofthe explore page allows you to choose categories, so you can find inspiration from sites thatare most relevant for you and your business. inspired by all this beauty, i found a sitei loved and clicked on the “try me†button. in no time, i had created my own site fromthe same template.
in fact, i loved my final site so much thati thought, what the heck - maybe it could be picked as a wix of the day. so i sent theurl to wixofday@wix.com. why not try it too?
