hello everyone. in this video i’ll show you how to crochet a summer top. complete details about this project you can find at: interunet.com/pineapple-stitch-top-crochet-pattern on this web page you can share pictures of your work and ask questions if any. begin crocheting the blouse from top to bottom. make a foundation chain of one hundred fifty three chains. then join it into a ring with a slip stitch.
for the first round make three chains to pick up the height. then work one double crochet into each chain to end of the round. at the end of the first round work one slip stitch into the third chain. second round. make five chains, skip two chains, single crochet one. this is my first arch. now work seven arches, but skip four chains. after five chains skip four.
single crochet one. then again five chains, skip four, single crochet one, and so on. after the seven arches, just repeat the process again, for the first arch skip two chains, and for the seven next arches skip four chains. by skipping just two chains i created four corners, and seven arches in between. at the end of the second round skip four and work one slip stitch.
third round. into each arch i will work half double crochet one. then double crochet three, chain one. and again as a mirror reflection – double crochet three, and half double crochet one. then i will repeat this process into each arch to end of the round. at the end of the third round work one slip stitch.
fourth round. work three slip stitches. then single crochet one under a chain. then make six chains. after the six chains work again single crochet one under the following chain. that way – six chains, single crochet one under a chain continue to end of the round. at the end of the fourth round i will work one slip stitch. then to increase one chain i will work double crochet one into the same base chain. this will be my first increase above my first corner.
then work double crochet one into each chain to my next corner. and then again increase. double crochet two into one chain. then again double crochet one into each chain to my following corner. and again increase here and again double crochet to my following corner, increase, and then double crochets to end. at the end of the fourth round work one slip stitch into single crochet chain. three chains to pick up the height. double crochet one to increase (into the same base chain)
to increase one chain. then double crochets to your following corner and increase here, and so on. i increased four chains. at the end of my fifth round i will work one slip stitch into the third chain. now i will not work rounds. i will work rows for my back part.so, this will be my back part. this will by my first shoulder part,front part, and second shoulder part. for the first row (back part) make three chains to pick up a height, and then
work one double crochet into the following chain. then skip one chain and work double crochet two into one chain. then make two chains, skip two chains, v-stitch. double crochet one, and then again double crochet one into the same base chain. then again two chains, skip two chains, double crochet two into one chain. then work three chains,
skip three, and work single crochet one. make three chains, skip two chains, single crochet one. this will be one arch, and i will create two more. after the three arches, chain three, skip two, single crochet one i will repeat what i did here. three chains, skip three, increase. and then again two chains, skip two chains, v-stitch.
two chains, skip two chains, increase. and then again i will work three chains, skip three, single crochet one, chain three, skip two, single crochet one – just repeat this part. again, for the first row (back part) i use chains from one corner to the second one. and this is my one repeat. after last
increase – double crochet two into one chain i will skip one chain and work double crochet two. see, here is my increase of the previous round. after the first row work three returning chains and turn. second row. work double crochet one in between these two double crochets.
then work one increase into increase of the previous row. then make three chains and work v-stitch into v-stitch, but this time, after double crochet one work two chains instead of one. and double crochet one into the same v-stitch.
and then work as a mirror reflection, again three chains, increase into increase. after the second increase, make three chains and work single crochet one into the middle chain of the first arch. then make three chains. and again, work one single crochet
into the middle chain of the second arch. and one more time – three chain, and single crochet one. now i have two arches. three chains, work like here again – three chains, v-stitch into v-stitch, but make two chains instead of one. and again three chains, increase into increase.
then crochet two arches, and so on. at the end of the second row, after last increase into increase, i will work double crochet two between double crochet and first thee chains. at the end of the row work three returning chains. third row. work double crochet one between these two double crochets. then increase into increase.
now make two chains, and triple crochet nine into the v-stitch. after the triple crochet nine make two chains, and again work increase into increase. make three chains, single crochet one into the middle chain of the first arch. three chains, again single crochet one.
so, now i have just one arch. three chains. and just repeat the process – increase into increase. then two chains, triple crochet nine into v-stitch, and so on. at the end of the third row work three returning chains. fourth row. double crochet one
between two double crochets. increase into increase. two chains, double crochet three above three triple crochets. then increase into the following chain. double crochet one, increase. and again double crochet three. again, above nine triple crochets of the previous row you should work eleven double crochets.
then again – two chains, increase into increase, three chains. single crochet one into middle chain of the one arch. and then again – three chains, two chains, and then again double crochet eleven above triple crochet nine. at the end of the row work as usual two increases and three returning chains. fifth row.
work double crochet one into increase. now work two chains. and again increase into increase. two chains. then single crochet one above first double crochet. make three chains, skip one chain, single crochet one. so, this one arch. and continue – three chains,
skip one chain, single crochet one to end of the arch. i created five arches. then work two chains, then again – two chains, increase above single crochet chain. and again two chains, and then just repeat the process – again two chains, five arches, two chains,
increase into increase, two chains, increase above single crochet chain, and so on. at the end of the fifth row, after last increase chain two, and again increase, and three returning chains. row six. double crochet one into increase. two chains, single crochet one
into middle chain of these three chains. and then continue making arches. three chains, single crochet one, and so on. after you create four arches of three chains, make two chains, increase into increase, three chains, again increase into increase.
and again – create four arches, and so on. at the end of the row, after last increase chain three, and again work one increase, and three returning chains. seventh row. chain one, increase into middle second chain. chain one, increase into increase. create now three arches. and then again – two chains,
again, after the three arches, two chains, increase into increase, and then work like here – chain one, increase into second chain, chain one, increase into increase, chain one, increase, chain one, increase into increase. and again – chain one, increase into second chain. and then just continue the repeat – chain one, increase into increase, chain two,
three arches, and so on. finish the seventh row as you started it. after the increase into increase, chain one. then increase into second chain, chain one, increase, and three returning chains. eighth row. work double crochet one into increase, two chains. then work two times increase into increase, two chains. then work two arches. again, two chains,
and again, repeat that four more times. and again, two chains, two arches, and so on. again, finish the row as you started it working two chains between increases, and then three returning chains. begin your ninth row as your eighth row, but work three chains between increases instead of two. then
make two chains and work one arch. after the arch two chains. and then work increase into increase, three chains in between. after last increase again just repeat the pattern – two chains, one arch, two chains, and so on. tenth row. work double crochet one into increase. one chain,
increase into second chain. chain one, increase into an increase. and then continue – chain one, increase into second chain, chain one, increase into an increase, two chains, single crochet one into middle chain of the arch, two chains. and then continue working the same way – chain one,
increase into second chain, and so on. begin your eleventh row as your tenth row, but work two chains between each increase instead of one. after the fourth increase, chain two. triple crochet two into the following increase. and then again triple crochet two into the following – next increase. and then just continue like here –
two chains, increase to the following pineapple. and then again work triple crochet two into an increase, triple crochet two into the next increase. now i will crochet ten the same rows for my front part. attach the yarn where your corner is – above first double crochet of the increase. double crochet one into the following chain. then skip one chain, increase, and so on.
when you crochet ten the same rows for the front part join back and front parts together. to join the back, and front parts together after the last increase of the back part work one double crochet into the very last loop of the front part. then work double crochet one into increase. and then continue the row totally the same as here.
again, two chains, increase into increase, and so on. at the end of the eleventh row, after last increase, join front and back parts together with a slip stitch. now i will crochet rounds instead of rows. three chains to pick up the height. then i will work double crochet one in between two increases.
and then i just continue two chains, increase into an increase. and here – after the increase, two chains i will work increase under triple crochets. after the fourth increase chain two. then work double crochet two under triple crochets. and then continue – again two chains, increase into increase. again to next triple crochets, and again, after this increase into increase two chains, double crochet two
between triple crochets, and so on. when you crochet to the end of your back part, after last increase, chain two. then work double crochet two and then again continue the pattern as here – two chains, at the end of the first round, after last increase, chain two work one slip stitch. then i will use a smaller size crochet hook
and i will crochet my second round similar to my first round. three chains, double crochet one into increase. and then two chains, increase into increase to end of the round. again, i work chain two, increase to end of the round using a smaller size crochet hook to about my waist line. then i continued the pattern using a larger size crochet hook. for this round i worked double crochet two
instead of just chain two, and then increase. and then i continued that way – double crochet two, increase to end of the round. for the very last round i worked just single crochet to end. then again, i used a smaller size crochet hook and worked single crochet for my armholes and neck line. after that, the summer top is ready,
